Jacquard Weaving

For maximum impact combined with highest quality, jacquard weaving has long been the favourite of the promotion industry. It costs no more to cover the whole towel than it does to brand a small corner, so no size restrictions in this process. But, we do need to see the design as there are some restrictions on colour placement. In any two-colour towel where the background is one colour and the logo a second colour, almost anything is possible. Multi-colour work is more complex. There are no restrictions on the number of colours used – but there are restrictions on where they can be placed.

Relief Weave

Giving a debossed appearance, the relief weave lowers areas of the towel to create a subtle, yet eye catching finish with extra depth. Relief weave works well with simple designs and single coloured towels.

Dobby & Double jacquard borders

A flattened weave added to the top and bottom of the towel. This can be finished with a textured or patterned design e.g. herringbone. Or add to your design with extra colour and details which are not possible in the jacquard woven body of the towel.

Printing

Dye sublimation printing with detail up to 1400dpi, and now printed in the UK. Offering printed towels offer the highest quality image, fast turn-around and low minimums. We also offer the option to have individual names printed on each towel, perfect for sports teams and clubs.

Double-Face

A blend of two fabrics. 30% polyester micro velour to the front face to allow for extra sharp printing and 70% cotton terry to the reverse for absorbency.

Microfibre

Lightweight, compact, quick drying and highly absorbent. Microfibre towels make the perfect accessory for a gym kit or when travelling and have limited space, but still want a decent sized, practical towel.

Embroidery

Low minimums and short lead-times and finished in house. Our embroidered towels are perfect for any design, allowing for subtle tonal branding to striking, highly intricate designs.

GSM (Grams per square metre)

GSM is a measurement of the weight of the towel. Manufacturing in anything up to an incredibly luxurious 900gsm, we can fit the perfect quality for your brand.

Terry or Velour

Velour towels are simply Terry towels that have one side of the Terry loop “sheared” to produce an even softer velvety finish. The cropped pile also gives a sharper finish to the brand or logo, and for this reason prove a popular choice for promotional use and intricate designs. Terry towels can be found in most bathrooms, or gyms. Because they are not sheared, they tend to be more absorbent, and so are used with practicality in mind.
